They say shoes maketh the man. Or at least make you a little more fly… Spring is upon us, and it’s almost time to put away the boots and lug soles for something more easy going, dare I say dainty?

I think shoes can make almost every outfit better. They signal your tribe, they let the people know, that you also know. They can also make something boring more interesting.

Some of these selections fall into the background but a lot can stand on their own with a pair of jeans and a tee and still be impactful. I want everything on this list and will definitely be grabbing a few before the last frost. Hopefully you can find one or more to fill a whole in your footwear rotation.

This one is for the paid subs, but I broke the greater WYPB gang off with a preview so you can see what you’re missing out on.

Happy shoe shopping.

Adidas SL72 - $120

These are killer. Great color you don’t see a lot and will look really nice with a lot of casual looks.

Myrquist Brännö II - $279

The price on these is so good. These are perfect, comfortable out of the box and very refined for any anything really.

Clarks Wallabee White Leather - $160

I don’t know, maybe I’m trippin but these are sick. Lightwash denim, this shirt kinda fire.

Crosby Moc Toe Chukka Boot - $455

The chukka is back. The do everything boot that swept the early aughts is still a great option. This one a bit left of the traditional look, with moccasin-style stitching around the vamp. Still just as refined. Rock them with a suit or denim, or to the office, can’t lose.

Low Suede Hiking Boots - $295

Best price for this style I’ve seen in the market. GH bass has been really expanding past their loafer to create some solid, quality styles.
